box office 票房英文由來
box 是「盒子」的意思。
office 是「辦公室」的意思。
box office 卻是「票房」的意思。
查了一下由來，這個用詞源自於1786年，當時戲院的座位是一格一格隔開的，稱作 box。box 有「包廂」的意思。
box office 原指販售戲院「包廂」席位的「營業處」。後來延伸為電影票的銷售情況。

astray、lost 區別
astray、lost 都有「迷路」的意思
不過兩者所傳達的意義不同
astray 是走錯路、誤入歧途的意思（走錯了）
(away from the correct path or correct way of doing something.)
lost 則是迷失了方向的意思（走丟了）
(not knowing where you are and how to get to a place.)
